I had a series of relationship disasters throughout my 20s. What finally helped me was to first analyze what were the main causes of my relationship failures (it sounds like you've already done a good job of correctly identifying those factors for your relationship history). And then the next step for me was identifying what red flags I missed in the beginning of a relationship. I'm also in the "keep pushing at a relationship until it is clearly dead" category, so it was important for me to not waste years with the wrong guy. So I identified the red flags I missed early on, and avoided all men who made the same mistakes in the future. I kept making mistakes, but I learned something from each of my relationships and each one was a bit less dysfunctional than the last. I took a lot of breaks from dating in between relationships, and eventually I met my husband.
