Note: The "Trooper" in question is not actually in the military. It's a metaphor, people.

Word Art Tells All

Sometimes you can find meaning or insight through pure randomness. That's why I love the website wordle.net (but beware: it could suck you in forever).

After one year and eight months of blogging about my personal life, I find this randomly generated Word Art --
based solely on the words I've typed here -- oddly beautiful.

Check it out here
or below.

How does this sum me up? I'll have to stare at it awhile and ponder. Hm.
Thoughts?

Dismissed.

X - Does the word "fucking" count? (Even if I know I meant it as an adjective?) Sigh. Guess I"m too much of a lady (or a prude) to get down to the nitty gritty, eh?

Mimi - Go to Wordle.net and paste your RSS feed (you have one right? that's where people subscribe to your blog and get your posts delivered to them directly). It will generate your word art in seconds. Super fun!

well, wordle.net led me to put in my blog's URL, but i couldn't see anything when the screen was supposed to be showing me the pic.
then i got in a big java mess with the site, doing everything they said to make the java stuff work & wasting lots of time & getting nowhere. i didn't see anything about the RSS feed, but when i have time again i'll try it. or i'll get paid help when i have a budget for it [after january]. but if the RSS is an easier route than pasting in my URL, i'll try it. i love yr pic and am dying to see mine.

Mimi,

Try copying the text into an MS Word "blank file" then copying that into the Wordle field...that worked for me when I tried it.
